Christian Signorelli
Christian has over five years of experience in the steel industry. Most recently, he served as the Head of Business Development at Nicks Metal Fabricating & Sons, where he has successfully managed projects across multiple states and cultivated valuable client relationships. In this role, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight, allowing him to effectively navigate complex market dynamics. Christian possesses a strong understanding of macroeconomics and has developed advanced forecasting models specifically for carbon products, enabling data-driven decision-making. He is deeply passionate about the steel sector and identifies significant opportunities to enhance processes and drive efficiency for steel organizations of all sizes. Christian holds a degree in Business from Carthage College, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Nick Coffee
Nick has over 20 years of extensive experience in the steel industry. He is a founding partner and CEO of United Structural LLC, which has emerged as a premier steel detailing firm, renowned for its dedication to innovation and exceptional service. Nick also founded and developed Unite3d, a cutting-edge cloud computing platform that transforms collaboration within the steel sector. Passionate about knowledge sharing and industry growth, he actively educates and mentors steel estimators and detailers through his YouTube channel, contributing to the development of the next generation of professionals.
Organizational Lead & Data Analyst
Delaney Signorelli
Delaney is the organizational head and data analyst at Vector Intelligence, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic initiatives and optimizing data-driven decision-making processes. Delaney holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Miami University. Having previously taught high school science, Delaney now applies her expertise in organization, leadership, data analysis, and decision-making in her role at Vector Intelligence, where she streamlines operations and enhances the company’s strategic initiatives.

Joseph Signorelli
Joe is currently the EVP Managing Director at Trading Technologies. He oversees the implementation of algorithmic solutions across TT's diverse range of multi-asset products. Before TT, Joe founded RCM-X, which TT acquired in March 2022. He has previously had head managing roles at Wedbush Securities and was on the board of advisors for Lime Brokerage. Joe was also the CEO and co-founder of Cactus Trading Systems, which was acquired by Lime Brokerage. Joe began his career in 1986 on the Chicago Board of Options exchange floor. He is a former member of the Cboe CBOT at the Chicago Stock Exchange and co-founded three hedge funds. Additionally, he managed quantitative trading for Toronto Dominion Bank from 2001 to 2007. Joe currently holds his Series 4 and 7 licenses. Joe sits on the Masters of Financial Engineering Advisory Boards at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the University of California Los Angeles.

Matthew Hand
Matthew has a distinguished career in both construction and IT. As CFO of United Structural LLC and Unite3D, he leads ventures in steel detailing and cloud computing. With 20 years in steel detailing, Matthew transitioned from traditional drafting to advanced CAD and 3D modeling. In 2020, he founded Unite3D to offer cloud services to steel detailing firms in response to COVID-19. A recognized expert, he speaks at SDS2 Summits and runs a popular YouTube channel on construction and software. Matthew studied Software Engineering and Management Information Systems at RIT and continues his education in business administration, project management, and programming.

Edmund Sweeney
Ed Sweeney is a partner and founder of RCM Alternatives, where he focuses on risk analysis and the suitability of trading strategies and portfolio managers within RCM allocations. He holds an M.S. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, a J.D. from John Marshall Law School, and is a member of the Illinois Bar. Additionally, Ed holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses and was previously a Managing Director of Trading at TD Options, LLC. He co-founded Starboard Specialty Funds, LLC, which specializes in private and publicly traded bank equities. An experienced risk manager and trader in fixed income, equities, and indices, he has developed methodologies for analyzing risk in complex portfolios. Ed also served as managing director at Stafford Trading and co-founded the trading technology firm Ragnarok Systems. Prior to these roles, he worked at O’Connor & Associates and Swiss Bank Corporation as a director of fixed income trading.

Eugene Sweeney
Eugene Sweeney, P.E., is an accomplished engineering and operations leader with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT, an M.S. in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Eugene has played key roles in risk mitigation and production enhancement, including leading BP's Global Well Control Team after the Macondo incident. Currently, as Chief Operating Officer at Empire Petroleum, he develops operational strategies to ensure efficient execution of business plans. A licensed Texas Professional Engineer, Eugene is recognized for his commitment to excellence in engineering and leadership.

Julius Nasso
Julius Nasso, founder and Managing Director of The Big City Group in St. Petersburg, Florida, has 50 years of experience in construction project management and supervision. He has handled business development, design review, budgeting, project buy-out, scheduling, and coordination. A St. Petersburg resident originally from New York, Julius grew up in a family of builders. He has held senior roles with large construction companies, including the Red Apple Group and the Residences at 400 Central. Julius holds an associate’s degree in building construction technology and is a licensed Florida Certified General Contractor. He serves on the boards of Neighborly Care Network, the Tampa Downtown Partnership, and the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership.

Tammy Naughton Sullivan
Tammy is the Executive Director at RCM Alternatives, where she oversees business operations across managed futures and alternative assets. With over 20 years in financial services, she specializes in managed futures, commodities, and regulatory compliance. She holds industry licenses including Series 3, 7, and 63, and has expertise in fund administration, CTA performance reporting, and co-marketing. She earned a BS in Computer Information Systems from Arizona State University and is a licensed Swap Associated Person.
